UK Easy Returns With No Printer Required

Easy Returns Option 1: Shopify Store Credit With Free QR Code UK Returns Labels

Click on our UK Easy Returns Link and chose Shopify Store Credit Option. This option takes you though our easy returns website page to sumbit the return request and once approved you will receive a QR code to show at your local post office. The post office print the pre-paid label and you simply attach your FREE returns label to parcel and handover for return. Once you parcel is received we credit you the full amount of the item using Shopify Store Credit so you can chose an alternative or keep the credits for your next purchase. There are no courier charges to pay for this option. Returns can be made up to 60 days from purchase date.

Easy Returns Option 2: UK Exchange

Click on our Easy Returns Link and chose Exchange option. This option takes you through our easy returns website page where you can browse for an alternative size/colour or chose a completely new item as an exchange. If there is any difference in price you will receive a payment request or a credit via Shopify Store Credit. There is a £6.99 courier charge for the exchange to cover both the courier return of item and the courier delivery of the exchange replacement item. Exchanges can be made up to 60 days from purchase date.

Easy Returns Option 3: UK Refund

If you prefer yo can chose to have the refund made to your original payment method. Click on our Easy Returns Link and chose Refund option. Please give a reason for return and complete the comments section. A return request will be created for approval. Once approved a QR code will be produced which can be used at your local Post Office to rerturn the item. A charge of £6.99 will be ducted from you return to cover the courier costs/handling. This refund option is only valid for up to 30 days from purchase date.

If you prefer to use your own choice of courier that's all fine with us.

Send your items back to us in full re-saleable condition and a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. For return items received within 30 days of purchase a refund can be processed to the order payment method originally used. For returns received after the 30 day period a Shopify Store Credit for full purchase price will be created if the goods are in a perfect re-saleable condition.

Returns Policy

  • For refund to your original method of payment the goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
  • We also offer extended returns/exchange options of up to 60 days from purchase using our UK EASY RETURNS service.
  • During busy periods please allow 5-7 days for returns to be processed.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, washed, soiled or damaged by the customer.
  • We cannot accept returns that have been contaminated with odours from smoking, perfumes, aftershave, scents or sweat.
  • For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear, bibshorts and speed suits cannot be returned if items have been worn or tried on by the customer.
  • Returned Items must be in perfect re-saleable condition including all original parts, accessories, original attached tags and packaging. A 20% re-stock fee will be deducted from the refund if the returned item is not in perfect re-saleable condition but can still be re-sold at a reduced price.
  • Custom or bespoke manufactured goods cannot be returned. This includes wheel builds, configured wheels and custom build bikes.
  • If using the traditional returns service and your own courier please include the completed returns form and proof of purchase when returning any goods. We can only accept returns with proof of purchase and a completed returns form.
  • If you receive an order that has been damaged, is missing any components or incorrect items received this must be reported by email within 48 hours of delivery. In these circumstances we will issue a returns number and returns label.

The Legal Information:

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2014, the customer has the right to a cooling off period of fourteen (14) business days, starting at the time goods are received, to cancel the contract and return said goods at their own expense, without having to give a reason. All returns can be indicated beforehand with THE MERCHANT customer service department. All goods must be returned to THE MERCHANT ADDRESS.

The cooling off period and right to cancel do not apply to contracts, orders for any goods made to your specification, any downloaded goods or unsealed goods including but not limited to (DVD, CD, Tapes, Software, Video and audio).

Only complete and unused goods in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete, damaged, used or unsealed goods, including damage to original packaging or missing tags. The customer can exercise this right to withdrawal without penalty, excepting the return fee for the goods. If the customer exercises the right to withdrawal, they have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses shall be the responsibility of the customer.

If the right to withdrawal is exercised, THE MERCHANT will make every effort to refund the customer within 30 days.

In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods.

Please note we cannot accept returns for bespoke or custom made to order items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns due to hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear, bibshorts and speed suits cannot be returned if items have been worn by customer.

Warranty

The provisions hereof cannot deprive the customer of their right to legal warranty requiring THE MERCHANT to protect the customer against latent defects of goods sold.

The customer is expressly informed that THE MERCHANT is not the manufacturer of the goods presented in THE MERCHANT SITE and that THE MERCHANT shall not be held liable for defective goods.

In the case of damage to a person or property resulting from a product defect, only the product manufacturer shall be held liable and sought after by the customer, by means of the information provided on the packaging of said product.

All products sold on THE MERCHANT SITE are under a one (1) year warranty. All products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or any other party not chosen by THE MERCHANT are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty can be extended according to the terms provided in store and on the website. In the event of a succesful warranty case where a like for like replacement product is not available an equivalent same cost product will be offered or a store credit note to the value of the original purchase.

In the event of a customer warranty claim the faulty goods should be returned to the merchant within 30 days of the initial cutomer warranty claim.

The customer will be responsible for all courier costs in relation to any warranty claim.
